If something went wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern about this website or about a provider you were connected with through it.

Complaints about this website or our service

Use the contact form and write "Complaint" in the message. Include the date, your ZIP code, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a few business days and tell you what we will do about them.

Complaints about a provider

Kitchen Cabinet Cost doesn't perform the work, so disputes about pricing, workmanship, scheduling, or damage are between you and the provider, under your agreement with it. We still want to hear about it:

  1. Contact the provider first. Put your concern in writing and keep copies of estimates, contracts, invoices, photos, and messages.
  2. Tell us. Let us know which provider it was and what happened. We look into concerns and may stop sending requests to providers who don't treat homeowners fairly.
  3. Use official channels if needed.
  • Contractor licensing: your state or local contractor licensing or registration agency, where one exists, accepts complaints about contractors.
  • Consumer protection: your state attorney general's consumer protection office.
  • Business complaints: the Better Business Bureau accepts complaints about businesses.
  • Fraud: the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
  • Emergencies: for anything unsafe, call 911 or your utility.
